Barnea Olive Oil:

Hot & Spicy Dukkah:

This dukkah has a little bit of heat with the inclusion of chilli flakes.

Ingredients: Almonds, hazelnuts, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, garlic flakes and salt.

Egyptian Dukkah:

• 100g

Simply dip a piece of your favourite breat into the oil and then into the Dukkah.

Ingredients: Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, paprika, salt and tumeric

Red Wine Vinaigrette:

Use as a dressing for a green leafy salad, bean or asparagus salad.

Deglaze a frying pan or roasting dish or even use to marinate beef in.

Balsamic Vinaigrette:

Beautiful dressing over a salad.

Perfect drizzled over Veges in a roasting pan and roasted until caramelised.

Great to use as a marinade, add to meat dish or to deglaze the frying pan or roasting dish.
