At ANB Embroidery & Promotional Solutions, we supply and brand a wide range of apparel and promotional products. If you  can't find what you are looking for on our website, please contact us and we will happily source and quote any product to suit your budget and marketing strategy.

Turnaround Time:

Our turnaround time is 7-10 days from the proof being signed off for all branded products. With indent items (1000+) taking 12 weeks. We try our best to get your products branded and delivered as quickly as possible, if you need anything branded in a hurry, please contact us and we will try our best to meet you needs.

Samples:

With all of our apparel we recommend trying them on before we brand as all of the sizing varies among suppliers. We will happily supply samples to try on with a strickly 14 day turnaround time to avoid being charged for the product. When returned, the product needs to be in its original packaging. Courier charges apply to all samples sent out.

Minimum Quanitities:

On all headwear and apparel we have a minimum quanitity of 1 unit and can supply anything up to 1000. With promotional products, the minimum quanitity can vary between 20 units amd 10,000, dependant on the product. We supply to both the large and smaller companies and will not turn away orders. Call us if you would like to know the minimum quanitity and start looking professional with branded apparel and promotional products.

Shipping:

We will happily send your promotional products to multiple addresses especially branded wines and corporate gifts. All couriered products will be sent at the customers expense. For pricing, please contact us.

Set Up Charges for Embroidery:

Our set up charges are on average $55.00+GST however this changes dependant on complexity and size. With no additional charge after the ignitial order. Upon seeing your logo, we will give a formal quotation. Having good artwork in a high resolution vector format will minimise the set up costs and turn your order around quicker. If your logo contains font, we ask that you supply this (name of the font is fine) as well as it gives a better finish. Apon your quote approval,  we supply a complementary sample of the embroidery for viewing before we go ahead with any orders.

Set Up Charges for Promotional Products:

For promotional products, our set up charged are based per colour and position. With no additional charge after the ignitial order. For example a two colour pen will require 2 films to be made. Making the set up charges 2x $55.00 +GST.

Payment Terms:

We require 50% deposit on all orders placed at ANB Embroidery & Promotional Solutions Limited with the remained due upon collection.
